Roland Junior College, Berhampur organizes the Talent Search 2013 competition on 15-12-1013. About 237 students are participate in the event. On behalf of Roland Educational Charitable Trust Madam Director J. Jayalakshmi , Chairman Dr. J. Surya Rao, Director E. Siba Prasad Rao, Sectory Er. Prasant Kumar Patro and Principal Mr. Anil Kumar Pradhan on the dais. Other staff members of RJC also co-operating with this program.

3. T. Shyam Kumar Patro (Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir, Neelakantha nagar) : 3rd Prize winner
and other 7 students from different school getting prize and at last vote of thanks by Miss. J. Sailaja Madam.
